Ambassador of Russian Federation to Australia Mr. A.V. Pavlovsky Tuesday, November 12 at a special ceremony presented the President of the Republic of Nauru Mr. Lionel Aingimea with credentials accrediting him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Nauru.
After the ceremony, Ambassador A.V. Pavlovsky had a conversation with President L. Aingimea, during which the friendly nature of Russian-Nauruan relations was discussed. The issues of bilateral cooperation and the international agenda were also come under discussion.
Ambassador A.V. Pavlovsky’s during his stay in Nauru also held separate meetings with members of the Cabinet of the Republic and discussed specific aspects of relations between Russia and Nauru, and prospects for strengthening cooperation at the international arena.
