Georgian Ambassador presents credentials to Vanuatu and Tonga

Ambassador of Georgia to Australia Beka Dvali this week pain an official visit to Pacific nations Vanuatu and Tonga and presented his letters of credence.

Ambassador Beka Dvali Thursday visited Port Vila – the capital of the Republic of Vanuatu as Ambassador of Georgia to Vanuatu (with residence in Canberra) and presented the letters of credence to Nikenike Vurobaravu, President of the Republic of Vanuatu.

Upon arrival at the President House, Ambassador Beka Dvali was given a guard of honour. Later Georgian Ambassador hold a meeting with President Nikenike Vurobaravu and discussed issues of mutual interest and ways to enhance bilateral relations.

Earlier Ambassador Beka Dvali visited Nuku, the capital of the Kingdom of Tonga and presented the letters of credence to Tupou VI, King of Tonga at the Royal Palace as the Ambassador of Georgia to the Kingdom of Tonga (with residence in Canberra).

Ambassador Beka Dvali also availed an opportunity for a bilateral meeting with the King Tupou VI and discussed relations between Georgia and the Kingdom of Tonga. Both sides agreed to improve the bilateral ties for mutual benefit.
