Australia and Qatar Thursday expressed their satisfaction over growing ties between the two countries in various domains and wow to boost the friendly relations.
The agreement was reached during a meeting between Minister for Home Affairs Peter Dutton and Qatar Ambassador Saad Al Shareef at the Parliament House.
According to the statement of Qatar embassy in Canberra, two sides exchanged pleasantries and discussed bilateral cooperation at regional and multilateral fora.
Ambassador also informed the minister about ongoing preparations for 2022 FIFA Football World Cup being hosted by Qatar.
